Warranty Policy
Returns
All sales are final. No item may be returned unless expressly authorized in writing by Diamond Truck Equipment.
Limited Warranty
Diamond Truck Equipment warrants that its products not otherwise covered by an applicable manufacturer’s warranty are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and packaging under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. If a defect covered by this limited warranty is identified during the warranty period, Diamond Truck Equipment’s sole obligation, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be repair or replacement of the defective product, or refund of the purchase price, at Diamond Truck Equipment’s discretion.
This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
Improper installation
Misuse, abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modification or repair
Use inconsistent with intended purpose
Improper storage or maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Products covered by a separate manufacturer warranty remain subject solely to the terms and conditions of that manufacturer’s warranty.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Diamond Truck Equipment does not warrant that any product will meet a specific application or operational requirement beyond the product’s stated specifications.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Diamond Truck Equipment be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or downtime, arising out of or related to the sale, use, or performance of the product.
Diamond Truck Equipment’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies, as all sales are final.

Diamond Truck Equipment stands behind the quality of the products we sell and strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Because many of our products are specialized, heavy-duty, or made to order, the following return guidelines apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Special-order or custom-built products
Installed, used, damaged, or modified items
All electronics and electrical components
Clearance or final-sale items
Products missing original packaging or parts
3. Return Authorization (Required)
All returns must be approved in advance.
Contact Diamond Truck Equipment to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any item back.
Returns received without an RA number may be refused.

4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for identical items in the event of defects or shipping damage, subject to product availability.
7. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval.
8. Warranty Coverage
Many products sold by Diamond Truck Equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims may be handled directly with the manufacturer or facilitated by our team.
9. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store follow the same return guidelines unless otherwise noted on the receipt.
10. Policy Updates
Diamond Truck Equipment reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless prior credit terms have been approved.
We accept major credit cards, approved business checks, cash.
Orders over $3,000 require a deposit prior to ordering parts or scheduling installation. Call with questions 701-225-6741.
Custom and special-order items require full payment in advance.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Special Orders & Custom Work
Special-order and custom-built items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production or ordering has begun.
Lead times are estimates and subject to manufacturer schedules.
Changes to custom orders may result in additional costs and delays.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier adjustments or market conditions.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.
